Designed to create a stress-free experience for our clients, our signature process enables us to expertly craft beautiful spaces, while keeping your interior design project organized and on track.
From the initial consultation through to the final installation and styling of your spaces, our team will be there to guide you, keeping you in the loop while handling all the details - ensuring that you're able to focus on your day-to-day while your dream home is brought to life.
01.
ONBOARDING
Once you've filled in our inquiry form, we'll hop on a quick Introductory Call to help us get to know you and your project a bit better. During our call, we'll chat about your project scope, budget and timeline, and can answer any questions you might have about the way we work.
If we're a good fit for your project and design needs, we'll get you booked in for an in-person consultation. We'll tour your spaces and discuss your goals for your home, functional needs and aesthetic preferences in order to create a customized proposal for your project.
03.
MANAGEMENT
With your final design presentation completed and your selections approved, it's time for you to sit back and relax while our team handles all the logistics.
We'll place the orders for each item, track their lead times and shipping status, and oversee delivery to our receiving warehouse where they'll be carefully inspected, repackaged, and safely stored until your installation day. You'll receive an update email every other week, so you'll always know where each item is throughout the process.
Should your project include construction, our team will work closely with your contractor, conducting periodic site visits to meet with the team and check in on progress.
02.
DESIGN
After we've onboarded you as a client, we jump right into the design phase!
Our team starts by conducting a thorough site measure to create your floor plans. Using these drawings, we'll create initial layouts for review, along with design concepts to set the overall design direction.
Once concepts and layouts are approved, we dive into your final selections - specifying all the finishes, furnishings and fixtures for your spaces. We'll also be gathering pricing for each item, and ordering samples and swatches as we prepare for your final design presentation.
04.
INSTALLATION
Once all your items have arrived, and any construction is complete, our team will schedule your installation day (or days, if your project is large).
We'll oversee everything as your furniture is delivered and placed, your window treatments are installed and your artwork is hung.
Then our team will style each space - right down to fresh flowers and greenery in each vase - and get ready to welcome you home for your big reveal.
